Maturing oak cask, 10 and 20 liters

Aging the brandy in casks has a very positive influence on the spirits quality. There will be a loss of alcohol concentration after years, but the oak woods own acids mature the brandy (Cognac or Whisky) to a much higher quality.

The drums are manufactured, exclusively from high quality oak, not the soft american oak.

All casks are made out of the so-called French oak quality. (barrique)

Wooden stand and tap of wood are optional. Recommended are chrome-outlet valves.
