Our Barrels
Aging the brandy in casks has a very positive influence on the spirits quality. There will be a loss of alcohol concentration after years, but the oak woods own acids mature the brandy ( Cognac or Whisky ) to a much higher quality.
The barrels are made exclusively from high quality oak.
The drums are manufactured, exclusively from high quality oak, not the soft american oak. This is indicated by the pithy wood structure.
All barrels are slightly toasted, not longer treated on fire for bending the staves as required.
